As decentralized equal opportunities officers, we are committed to promoting equality and equal opportunities within CERES. We work to reduce disadvantages based on gender or gender identity and support measures to improve the compatibility of work and family life.
We are always available as contact persons for individual consultations for students and staff.
Diversity Officers
CERES sees itself as a place where everyone is seen, valued, and respected. Diversity is essential in teaching and research in the field of religious studies. And this is precisely what we want to preserve and promote.
Our decentralized diversity officers are the first point of contact for all matters related to diversity at CERES. They offer support, advice, and mediation in diversity-specific issues.
