Network of Experts
The various knowledge transfer projects are centrally coordinated, and a wide range of research projects and practical activities has resulted in an extensive network of experts. The core component is the expertise of the CERES researchers, while advanced students as well as current and former doctoral students are also part of the network. In addition, worldwide academic contacts exist beyond the Bochum location. Given this wide network, CERES is now perceived by politicians and public administrations as a reliable scholarly partner, above all due to the mixture of ongoing events and the development of sound practical expertise. For example, CERES members participate in political or policy-related technical discussions and organize them on request.
