METAPHOR TALKS in winter term 2025/26

The series aims to strengthen exchange with scientists outside the interdisciplinary research network. The focus is on their perspectives on metaphors and/or religion in connection with the work of CRC 1475. For the fourth edition, four guests with diverse scientific backgrounds have been invited to participate.

• MON, 19. JAN 2026, 16:15–17:45: “And down they went into the house of Hades”: Metaphors of Death and Mythology in Early Greek Epic” | von PD Dr. Fabian Horn (LMU München)
