Material Workshops
The Materials Workshop is a format specially designed for CERES staff. It functions as a platform for internal exchange and training on the possibilities of knowledge transfer, but also for developing concrete projects and testing materials. Full-day training courses for CERES employees are also part of the materials workshop (e.g. interview training). In addition to internal professionalization, the materials workshop is also an opportunity to communicate the task and our understanding of knowledge transfer to new CERES employees.
