CERES and the Iranian Wikimedians User Group invite students, researchers, and anyone interested to an educational workshop on Wikipedia and the Wikimedia ecosystem.
In this workshop, Wikipedia will be introduced as one of the world’s largest open knowledge platforms. Participants will explore how Wikipedia can be used critically and effectively for research and learning.The workshop will also provide an overview of the broader Wikimedia ecosystem, including its different projects, how they support free knowledge, and how participants can contribute to them.
Whether you already use Wikipedia regularly or are simply curious about how it works behind the scenes, the workshop offers insights into open knowledge, collaborative editing, and digital literacy.
