  the research process. Through firsthand accounts\, observations\, and int
 erviews\, the presentation unveils women's multifaceted roles within these
  religious contexts\, exploring their ascent\, challenges\, and contributi
 ons. By examining the intersections of faith\, culture\, and gender dynami
 cs\, this presentation offers valuable insights into the evolving landscap
 e of women's leadership in Ghanaian religious institutions. It stimulates 
 critical dialogue on the empowerment and agency of women within these cont
 exts.
