 spects of the role of metaphors in religious language and the study of met
 aphors in religious texts. It shows that religious metaphors are not only 
 useful for expressing concepts that are difficult to articulate directly\,
  but they also provide a way to make complex ideas accessible and memorabl
 e. It argues that research efforts to explore and analyze these metaphors\
 , including the use of digital tools and interdisciplinary approaches\, ar
 e not only a significant contribution to the study of the history of ideas
 \, but have the potential to change the reception of Buddhism among accade
