Graduation for Life

As in every springtime, CERES celebrates its graduates. This year 22 graduate from the Bachelor studies and 7 in the Master programme.

On Friday the 12th of May, graduates, their families and friends gather together in the CERES Palais to celebrate the end of the studies. In opposite to most study programmes in Germany, which tend to understand graduation as a pure administrative deed without celebration or ritual, CERES has created a lively framework during the year to celebrate graduation in a more festive setting. After the supervisors introduce the topics of the BA or MA theses and hand over the graduation documents, graduation dinner will complete the ceremony.
